Mr. Shezad Rokerya Executive Chairman of Interlink

Mr. Shezad Rokerya is Executive Chairman of Interlink. Mr. Rokerya has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 1992 and has grown the group into diversified areas including infrastructure, banking, oil & gas, power, telecom, media, technology, healthcare and real estate. He has been an active investor and financier in the USA, Asia and the Middle East. Served at Lehman Brothers and with the Merrill Lynch Private Bank. Mr. Rokerya is also Vice Chairman of Carver Cross Securities and Excelera Group. He also serves on the boards of numerous Interlink subsidiaries and investment vehicles including Interlink Private Office, IIG Real Estate and Interlink Investment Group a co investment partnership. Mr. Rokerya is also Chairman of The Interlink Foundation which develops human capital for people’s empowerment and education in South Asia. He is active in philanthropy and is a Board Member of Larta, member of the Governing Council of the KGISL IT Institute in Asia. He was elected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum chaired by Queen Rania of Jordan. Member of the Sovereign Wealth Fund task force at the YGL forum. He attended McGill University and is a graduate of the Kennedy School of Government’s Global Leadership program at Harvard University and the Leadership program at Said Business School at Oxford University.

Mr. George Bouchaya Chairman Interlink TMT Board

Mr. George Bouchaya is Chairman of the Interlink TMT Board. Mr. Bouchaya has 35 years of senior global leadership experience with Toshiba, IBM, Cisco, Western Digital, and Jazz Semiconductor. He most recently served as a strategic advisor to the President of Toshiba’s Memory, Storage, & Semiconductor, a $14 billion revenue company, and has also served as CTO of Toshiba (TAEC) America. During his tenure at Toshiba, he established the US strategic investment arm focused on enabling new and emerging technologies in Non-Volatile Memories, SSD’s, Data Center Storage Solutions, IoT, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, and strategic Investments and enabled Toshiba Corp to become a key provider in IoT solutions. The strategic growth initiatives he pioneered ranged from a few million USD to tens of billions USD in size.

Mr. Joseph Bonner Chairman Interlink Real Estate Investment Committee

Mr. Joseph Bonner is Chairman of the Interlink Real Estate Investment Committee and oversees the investment strategy of the company regionally as well as globally. Mr. Bonner is the former Chief Investment officer of Prudential Mubadala a JV with the Government of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Independent Director at the Capital Group, which ranks among the world's oldest and largest investment management organizations, with over $2 trillion in assets under management.

Former Board Member USAA Real Estate a Fortune 500 diversified financial services group of companies with $30 billion in revenue. Board Member Extra Space Storage 2nd largest NYSE listed self-storage REIT in the United States.

He spent 21 years at Prudential Real Estate Investors as Managing Director responsible for real estate acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast US regions and Canada on behalf of third-party pension funds. He managed the team which sourced, negotiated and performed due diligence on over 170 acquisitions totaling in excess of $10 billion. Experience in all major project types, i.e., office, hotel, multi-family, industrial and retail in structuring of debt/equity joint ventures, development projects, mezzanine financing, opportunistic/value-added investing, core acquisitions and public market transactions. Masters in Civil Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Penny Low Member Executive Management Committee at Interlink Asia Ltd

Ms. Penny Low is a member of the Executive Management Committee at Interlink Asia Ltd. Ms. Low is a former Member of Parliament in Singapore. She sits on a number of national committees, focusing on information, communications and the arts, finance, trade and industry, education, national development, and environment and water resources. Low is also a veteran of the wealth management industry and a serial entrepreneur. She founded the Social Innovation Park and the Social Enterprise Association. She serves as a Global Adviser to many innovation hubs, including the Dubai Hub, Larta Institute and Operation Hope, and is on the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Business Council. Low has published numerous articles and edited a book on “Practicing Sustainability”, and has spoken at many global conferences and inter-parliamentary meetings. She is frequently interviewed by media. Low is the Founding Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. She is also an Aspen Institute Ideas Festival Scholar, Yale University Scholar and Yale World Fellow. Low has been consistently listed in Singapore Tatler’s Top 300. She is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore, Harvard University, Yale University and Tsinghua University.

Mr. Jonathan Miller Member Interlink TMT Investment Committee

Mr. Jonathan Miller is a member of the Interlink TMT Investment Committee. He is currently managing partner of the private investment firm owned by Shari Redstone. He is former Chairman and CEO, News Corp Digital Media Group and Chief Digital Officer, News Corp. Former Chairman and CEO, AOL Inc. From 1987 to 1993, he was vice president of programming, and NBA Entertainment for the National Basketball Association. From 1993 to 1997, he was Managing Director of Nickelodeon International, (a unit of Viacom’s MTV Networks). From 2000 to 2002, Miller ran the Internet operations of Barry Diller’s USA Networks, (now IACI and Expedia). He is a founding partner of Velocity Interactive Group, a leading investment firm that focuses on digital media and communications. He was Carl Icahn’s candidate for serving on the Yahoo board of directors when Icahn Enterprises took an activist position.

Former CEO of The First Investor until 2013 – Qatar's largest investment bank owned by Barwa Bank and the Royal Court of Qatar. Led $1b JV partnership with Hines USA. Former CFO for Batelco, Bahrain telco the principal telecommunications company in Bahrain. Head of Corporate Finance at Bank ABC in Bahrain. Its network spreads across 17 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Europe, the Americas and Asia. Mr. Safi Qureshey is a member of the Interlink Executive Management and Global Investment Committee. He is co-founder and former Chairman and CEO of AST Research, Inc., which he founded in his garage and took public in 1984. AST Research had over 6,000 employees and sales of over $2.5 billion as a Fortune 500 company and ranked as the 4th largest PC manufacturer in the world before it was acquired by Samsung Electronics in 1997. With over 30 years investment experience, as a private investor where he was a founding investor, together with Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, Trinity Ventures, and St. Paul Venture Capital, in several companies. Former member of President Clinton’s Export Council. Former Regent’s professor at the University of California-Irvine and founding member and former president of the Southern California chapter of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs). He was named by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to his transition team. An active philanthropist in education and a member of the board of trustees of the Give2Asia Foundation. Mr. Andy Kaplan Senior Advisor

Mr. Andy Kaplan is a Senior Advisor and a member of the International Advisory Board. Former President of worldwide networks for Sony Pictures Television, where he served for over 30 years with over 4,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. Mr. Kaplan led Sony’s global broadcasting businesses, including its OTT services and linear networks and related investments, with over 180 channel feeds reaching nearly two billion subscribers. Under his leadership, the Sony portfolio rapidly grew to include some of the most popular brands around the world, including Crackle, the multi-platform, Avod streaming service available on every screen in 21 countries; He led the success of Sony Pictures Networks India, which for more than 20 years has operated several of the most popular channels in the lucrative and rapidly expanding Indian market. Mr. Christian Baillet Senior Advisor

Mr. Christian Baillet is a Senior Advisor and a member of the International Advisory Board. Former Executive Chairman of Quilvest, where he joined in 1978 after serving at Citicorp and has since been one of the foremost private equity investors active on both sides of the Atlantic. He launched Quilvest’s direct private equity activities in the United States in 1979, and in Europe and Asia in the mid-1980s and served as CEO. Mr. Baillet has been the CEO for two decades of Quilvest Banque Privée in Paris, and of Quilvest Switzerland in Zurich. Quilvest became one of the most successful direct investors globally as well as an LP in many of the top leading private equity firms. Under his leadership Quilvest grew from its family roots in 1888 in Argentina to becoming one of Europe’s largest multi-family offices.

He is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon and holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rohit Shukla is a member of the Interlink TMT Investment Committee. He is CEO of Larta and an established thought leader and respected practitioner on innovation, commercialization, and enterprise and technology-led economic development. A pre-eminent leader in venture capital for California, sits on the board of Caltech/MIT Enterprise Forum, USC/Annenberg incubator project, Digital Coast Roundtable, L.A. Mayor’s information tech. Commission of Los Angeles. In founding and growing Larta Institute to institutionalize the work he has pioneered, he has advised governments, multilateral organizations, communities and enterprises throughout the world, creating initiatives that expand entrepreneurship, emerging from government-funded initiatives, research institutes, universities and larger companies in the private sector. His role in authoring and creating the commercialization assistance program initiatives at major U.S. federal agencies has led to a well-documented increase in sustainable, market-based innovations in the U.S and globally. Mr. Douglas K. Anderson Member Interlink Real Estate Investment Committee

Mr. Douglas K. Anderson is a member of the Interlink Real Estate Investment Committee. He is founder and Chairman of Pacific Group a leading property developer, investor and financier in the Western U.S. As owner and operator of the Pacific Group, a privately-held real estate company, Mr. Anderson has constructed and developed more than 2,000 separate real estate projects encompassing more than 20 million square feet and land projects exceeding 20,000 acres with total terminal value of over $5 billion over the past 25 years. He is Co-Founder of the $1 billion ROC Fund, a distressed commercial property fund. His projects span virtually all real estate classes including urban high-rise, multi-family, luxury residential, resort, office, retail, industrial and land development. He is a member of the Board of Directors for several, both privately held and publicly traded, FDIC insured banks.

Mr. Cole Sirucek is Senior Advisor Asia and Member of the TMT Board. Mr. Sirucek has executed direct investments in the US and Asia with enterprise values in excess of $60b on behalf of Temasek, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore. With more than 15 years industry experience, his expertise spans across the TMT sectors ranging from wireless, wireline, media content, content distribution, infrastructure and digital technology. Mr. Jamal Mashburn is a Senior Advisor and member of the International Advisory Board. Mr. Mashburn started his career as a player in the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1993-2004. Daman has interests in asset management, mutual funds, venture capital and private equity. Dr. Mohamad Hamade Senior Advisor

Dr. Mohamad Hamade is a Senior Advisor and a member of the International Advisory Board. Mr. John Tulac is senior legal counsel at Interlink and a member of the Executive Management Committee. Managing Partner of Integrated Energy LLC. He is an International Business Attorney with over 35 years of experience in import/export, agency & distribution, licensing, joint ventures, large-scale infrastructure, especially power generation, resort development, oil & gas sales and exploration, trade and project finance. Peer-recognized as possessing the highest levels of competence and ethics and as a preeminent attorney in the field of international law by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. Thirty-three years as adjunct faculty, lecturing at law schools and universities, seventeen years as professional mediator. Twenty-eight years as arbitrator and ten years as judge protem.
