Interlink Investment Group (IIG) is a co-investment platform that was formed to invest alongside leading sovereign wealth funds, corporate strategics, and other institutional investors.
As a sponsor, IIG invests a minimum of 20-50% in each transaction where equity requirements range from $100 million to more than $1 billion. We seek to invest permanent capital in companies where we can unlock value by identifying untapped potential and enhancing their performance.
Investment Philosophy
We have an extensive network of operating partners to pursue investment opportunities in the healthcare / life sciences, alternative energy, asset management, real estate, infrastructure, TMT, and consumer sectors.
Investments include: acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and minority or majority stake positions.
Our target geographies are North America, Europe, the Middle East (GCC) and Asia. Principals of Interlink have a long-standing history in real estate, managing a cumulative AUM of $14 billion and in TMT and Energy which encompasses equity investments and transactions valued in excess of $250 billion.
