Interlink Private Office

The Interlink Private Office is a permanent capital family office co-investment vehicle that was formed in 1994 as a direct and fund of funds investor to identify opportunities to invest alongside family offices, operating investors, and top tier new economy funds in the TMT (technology, media & telecom) sectors.

Global Co Investment

Interlink Investment Group is a co-investment platform that was formed to invest alongside leading sovereign wealth funds, corporate strategics and other institutional investors.

We seek to invest permanent capital in companies where we can unlock value by identifying untapped potential and enhancing their performance. As sponsor, IIG invests a minimum of 20%-50% in each transaction where equity requirements range from $100 million to more than $1 billion.

Leadership

Mr. Joseph Bonner is Chairman of the Interlink Real Estate Investment Committee. He is the former Chief Investment Officer of Prudential Mubadala, serves on the boards of Capital Group, Extra Space Storage and earlier with USAA Real Estate.

Mr. Sten Oedman is Executive Director and a member of the Executive and Management Committee and special Advisor to the Chairman on Middle East affairs. Former COO Crescent Group, in NY, Cayman and Luxembourg, a co investment partnership with Investec Bank, Lehman Brothers,

Mr. George Bouchaya is Chairman of the Interlink TMT Investment Committee. He is the former Chief Technology Officer of Toshiba and established its corporate strategic investment arm in the US. Served with IBM, Cisco, Western Digital and Jazz Semiconductor.

Ms. Penny Low is a Member of the Executive Management Committee at Interlink Asia Ltd. Ms. Low is a former Member of Parliament in Singapore and Founder of the Social Innovation Park.
